Argh, I'm tired of looking at these.
Like I hinted at, this is my latest shoe! the other one is the Wind Waker one... I took way, way, way too much time on these. I'm not going to try something this detailed in a long time. It doesn't look like it, but the "sweet" side is around 5 layers deep; I kept changing the design. It's a bit too sloppy for my taste, but as I said, I'm too tired of working on these. They look much better in person though, they're too shiny for the camera apparently. D: Obviously I've been re-addicted to Viva Pinata again. I'm never going to get a Wildcard Newtgat at this rate... Around 9 hours Various acrylics, Sharpie, and Prismacolor markers Oh snap, I was going to do a tutorial with these... Edit: Last night I decided to finally finish these! I colored in the seams, finished up some of the paint job, colored the shoe laces (I know I'm crazy), and I stuck the "VP" from the logo onto the toe. I think it looks much better and I included a few more detail shots.  |
