I have just realized that I haven't tortured you guys with pet photos! Well let's fix that!
This is Cid, my most recent fish. I love keeping fish; they aren't too smart, they don't talk back, and they get excited over the smallest things like a small grain of shrimp paste.
Now nobody has accused Cid of being smart; his intelligence is on par with the plant in the background. His favorite activity is having out-of-body fits when I even think of going over to look at him. He'll take several writhing laps around his cage and look like 10,000 volts are dancing around in him.
Then when I give him food he gets so excited he'll either leap out and take it from my fingers or completely miss it when I drop it.
He's a very interesting color; light pink/purple, quite different from all the other betas I've seen.
And let me say that's it's extremely hard to photograph fish. He's in a bowl and I kept getting a glare, plus my old camera doesn't like focusing on things. D:
